Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand releases, presales, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

For presale items, please allow additional production time before shipment. Estimated shipping timelines will be announced during each drop.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Local Delivery

UNITED SAINTAGE offers local delivery for orders within 30 miles of Milan, Tennessee.

Local delivery availability and delivery times will be confirmed after purchase. Customers must provide a valid delivery address at checkout to qualify.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. UNITED SAINTAGE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

UNITED SAINTAGE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.
